- General maintenance of all common elements including
roads, trail system, ponds, docks & pavilions
- Snow plowing of all common roads and driveways
- Grass mowing in all common areas
- Removal of dead fall in all common areas and trail system
- Firewood in designated common areas
- Pier & dock maintenance in common areas
- Gate maintenance
- Shoreline maintenance of all boat launches
- Garbage dumpster & disposal
- Materials and supplies for maintenance of common elements and structures (i.e.
picnic tables, pavilions, fire pits, docks, etc.)
- Stocking and general maintenance of fishing ponds
- Electric service for all common elements
- Property taxes for all common elements
