The South Fork Team

Kirk Zelinske and Tim Savino founded the Flambeau River Corporation in order to develop approximately 420 acres of riverfront and heavily wooded property near Fifield, Wisconsin in Price County. The property was purchased as a shared investment opportunity with the intent of creating an exclusive, North wood's community that uses existing infrastructure (roads, trails & ponds) as common property primarily for recreational use.

The established plan calls for developing the property as a single-family condominium development in multiple phases, beginning with the southern-most section. This single-family condominium plan allows for shared, common elements (trails, boat launches, fishing ponds, etc.) and is the first of its kind in the area. It has been enthusiastically supported by members of the community and hailed as a "model for Price County".

Prior to this project, Kirk and Marc Michelotti were the principal founders and partners for 10 years in ZMarc Partners, specializing in proprietary trading of financial futures. Tim has worked in corporate settings for 22 years as an internal Human Resources management consultant. Both Kirk and Tim now devote their full attention to the development of this South Fork property and future developments.
