This is beneficial to the business. Not only do outsourcing information technology-related tasks, such as managed hosting, ease the burden on the business, it also works out to be cheaper in the long run than hiring a circle of full-time employees to do the same work. The IT tasks are just another hat the regular employees must perform as necessary, forcing them to ignore their actual jobs in times of crisis. By using a managed services provider, this is no longer a concern and prevents overworking staff members.

I am looking into starting a forum for people who have lost jobs and the frustration that they go through.
I have lost 3 jobs to overseas outsourcing “corporate greed” and will lose another next month because as my boss said its a business decision. I think that having a place to go and vent may be a good way for people to vent and offer advice. I know I would have found it helpful.
What do you think about this idea?

Well, if you have someone develop the forum for you then you get something unique. I always hate site builders. If you want some help installing/setting up a php forum let me know, I accept emails. phpBB is the way to go fyi.
