Future Development

Phases One and Two of the South Fork development are now completed and available for purchase. Thirty-four building sites, ranging from 0.48 acres to 3.78, acres are now available. Ultimate plans call for the possibility of additional phases in the designated "expandable area”. Prospective owners of South Fork will be able to choose from various “grand-view” home sites as well as riverfront properties. While each home site has been located to maximize views, they are also positioned for privacy. Protective covenants shall preserve land values and should only enhance the natural beauty of this setting as each new phase is introduced.
