

Phases One and Two of the South Fork development are now completed and available for purchase. Thirty-four building sites that range from 0.48 acres to 3.78 acres are now available. Ultimate plans call for for up to 3 additional phases in the designated "expandable areas", which will provide for between 77-100 total units. With nearly 400 acres, this creates a generous 4-5 acre per unit density, which includes a percentage ownership of common areas. Prospective owners of South Fork will be able to choose from dozens of “grand-view” home sites as well as riverfront properties. Protective covenants shall preserve land values and should only enhance the natural beauty of this setting as each new phase is introduced.
